EnneaSales™ Test is built on the Enneagram of Personality, a behavioural interpretation model that has evolved over decades and is now also applied to professional and commercial contexts to explore recurring human dynamics.
The Enneagram was reframed in 1970 by psychologist Oscar Ichazo as a tool for psychological inquiry, attracting the attention of internationally recognised scholars. Chilean psychiatrist Claudio Naranjo was among the first to integrate it with contemporary psychology. Work in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology subsequently helped bring the model into professional and academic settings. Today, the Enneagram is widely used across Europe, Japan, Australia and the United States.
EnneaSales™ Test applies this established model to the sales context through a rigorous methodology. Assessment items were developed with psychologists and psychotherapists, with a validation process led by Dr Francesco Bocci, Adlerian psychologist and psychotherapist, under the scientific supervision of Prof Marcello Sarini (Computer Science researcher).
